Wedding & Banquet Information

1.  Hall Rental Fees: 

  • Deposit of $500 is required at booking and will be applied to final billing for all banquets- all deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation. 
  • Wedding Payment Policy- 1 month prior to date an additional 25% deposit must be paid, for weddings. 
  • Your bill will be ready for payment the Tuesday following your function.  Wedding bills must be paid at our restaurant within 7 days after your function.
  • Colasanti's staff can decorate your hall premesis with tropical plants.  Please ask how your party qualifies for the tropical plant use.


Evening Rates:  Monday- Thursday
Groups up to 1-199 people $50.00 Rental,  Groups 200+ No Charge


Fridays and Sundays
Groups up to 199 people $100.00 Rental, Groups 200+ No Charge


Groups up to 99 people $250.00 Rental, Groups 100-199 $150 Rental
Groups 200+ No Charge
* Maximum Capacity is 400 people (Dance Floor On North Side For Max. Capacity)


Daytime Rates:  Monday- Friday - $50.00


Saturday and Sundays (Willow Room, Hibiscus Room & Cactus Room) - $75.00
You must book a full meal to qualify for a room rental.



Saturdays and Sundays (Private Latticed Area) - $50.00




2.  SOCAN  Government Regulated Music Royalty Fee

1-99 (With Dancing)            $41.13

3.  Liquor Serving Options:

Option A:  Cash Bar

  • Colasanti's will maintain the bar
  • $150 bartender fee will apply


Option B:  The Worry Free Bar

  • Bar Fee: includes glasses, ice, stir stix, pop, juices, clamato, lemons, limes and serving wine to tables.
  • Bar Fee charge of $5.00 per person - plus cost of liquor beer and wine.
  • Bartenders are included in corkage over 100 people. 
  • For parties less than 100 people, a $150 bartending fee will apply. 
  • Liquor Prices Per Bottle.


Option C:  You Supply Alcohol and Return Unused Alcohol

  • You must supply liquor permit from L.C.B.O. 
  • We supply bartender ($125 fee per bartender). 
  • Up To 99 People: $150 fee
  • 100-199 People: $250 fee                 
  • 200+ People: $375 fee
  • Bar Fee charge of $5.00 per person plus tax.
    *  Alcohol must be here for inspection 1 day prior. 
    *  One bartender required up to every 100 people.  Ex:150 people would require 2 bartenders.


"All alcohol must be purchased through Canadian L.C.B.O & Brewers Retail. 
Any opened bottles or American Alcohol will be refused by management."

Option D:  Non- Alcoholic Parties

  • Staffing Fee $125                                                                          






4.  Ceremony Set Up Fees:

  • Includes chapel setting and chairs                    $500.00 plus GST 
    Start time - 4pm or later



5.  Coat Room

  • Staffing fee or guests pay for coat check           $80.00 



6.  Decor Options:  Seat Covers, Charger Plates, Runners

Chair Covers (All Colours):  $2.50 +tax per chair. 
Sashes:  $0.75 + tax per chair - Coloured sashes available
Charger Plates:  Available In Silver And Gold - Prices Vary
Runners (All Colours):  $2.50+tax

Specialty Runners: Black & White Swirl $4+tax per runner

Specialty Napkins $1+tax per napkin

7.  Skirting: 

  • $25.00 for every 8 ft for head table, cake table, dessert table and favor tables.



8.  Punch:

  • $26.99 per bowl, serves approx. 20-30 people.  We supply glasses.
  • $50.99 per bowl, serves approx 30-40 people.  We supply glasses.



9.  Evening Coffee: 

  • $34.99 per urn.(We supply the cream, sugar, cups and stir stix.)



10.  Evening Desserts:

  • You may bring in your own evening desserts.  Please be sure to label each tray and container with the wedding name.
  • Colasanti's can supply forks, 6" styrofoam plates and napkins for $0.35 per person, or the party can bring in their own.
  • Colasanti's can take care of all details concerning the dessert table for a $50 fee.




11.  Additional Options:

We require your final head count 1 week prior to your event.
 Any changes must be made within 48 hours of the event
(in order to adjust final payment).
